Where it all started... When Andrew Nitsou saw his wife, an editorial hairstylist, struggle to pack, fit and carry all of her equipment from location to location…what did he do? He started thinking about the ideal hair bag for her, and the Kofer Bag was born!

In August 2013, Kofer was launched in Melbourne, Australia. The name Kofer (koffer) means ‘bag’ in the dutch language. Andrew thought carefully about all the features that the Kofer Bag should have to make his wife’s day at work as carefree as possible. That’s why the Kofer Bag is spacious enough to store all your tools, equipment and styling products, as well as your lunch, computer or tablet, and your paperwork. All of this in a sleek and stylish bag, what’s not to love?
